As a member of the IT department leadership team, I am the top system administrator for all the Apple devices (Macbooks, iPads and iPhones, Apple TVs), Windows computers, and user accounts (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Admin) including the cybersecurity of those areas.As the lead Analyst of the 'Devices, Accounts, and Building Technology' team, I continue to manage the accounts and systems from my previous position, with the help of two other Analysts. I have had more opportunity in this elevated role to focus on cybersecurity and a higher level of system administration. I use Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, and Falcon CrowdStrike to monitor the security of Apple and Window's Devices. I use Microsoft Entra and Exchange, Duo Mobile, and Google Admin to monitor account security, and mitigate potential breaches.

As a member of the Apple Device and Accounts team my primary role was to assist the Senior Analyst in management of all the Apple devices. I also volunteered to take on the management of user accounts in this position. At the time, user accounts were created manually.I helped manage student and staff Apple devices in Jamf Pro and Apple School/Business Manager (2,300+ Macbooks, and 13,000+ iPads/Apple TVs). I utilized Bash scripting for managing and automating processes on the MacBooks; I also helped implement Jamf Protect.I implemented an automated account process to manage 8,800+ accounts to various systems. This automation utilized Active Directory, Entra/Azure, Powershell, HelloID/Tools4Ever, Office365, Google, Adobe, Apple School Manager, etc.

As one of the Support Technicians in the district I supported 10+ buildings with their Apple and Window's technology. I used SolarWinds's Web Help Desk to manage and prioritize tickets. I was also given opportunities to work on team projects throughout the district, and train new technicians.

As an IT Specialist I worked with a help desk team to troubleshoot software issues, set up new computer hardware, manage a SQL database, and assist with scheduled medical billing.I also spent time on photography for Heritage, website management, and digital signage as a marketing team member.

As the Christian Education Director I oversee Nursery age through 12th grade. This includes: Facilitating/leading Children’s Ministry with the help of a Christian Education Board, providing vision, coaching, and discipleship training for youth, volunteers, and parents at the church.I have also been responsible for improving the church’s online and media presence including: Designing a new website and continuing to maintain it, overseeing the church Facebook and Instagram, creating promotional and interview video shorts, designing graphics and promotional pieces for church programs.I have also had the opportunity to assist the lead pastor by leading Service and Preach about once every 5 weeks.

I managed the filming of a leadership training weekend. In consultation with the SureFire Prayer president Paige Kolb, I edited the footage to create a training resource and promotional content to be distributed in America and foreign countries.

Over four years at Taconic I was in many roles. I started off life guarding, then managed the dining room. I also took on the responsibilities of the Summer Staff Director (scheduling, payroll, and maintaining camp wellness). My last year I was the Program Director/Media and IT. I oversaw social media and created videos, graphics, and promotional pieces. I also helped start and co-direct a ecumenical, local, youth ministry.

I planned and taught Sunday school, helped design and coordinate youth group for High School and Junior High, created promotional videos, and graphics. In my volunteer time I also was a leader on mission trips and weekend retreats.

I worked early morning shifts to help the chefs with food service for the day. I also unloaded and stocked the delivery.

I reported to the general manager with responsibility for food consolidation/production, and for training new associates/managers. I also, led the store in becoming more conservation minded and environmentally friendly.

I assisted in the planning, training, and leadership of young men for the 2010 National Boy Scout Jamboree.
