I’m a guy who grew up in a small town with big dreams, as simple as that. On my own time, I spend a lot of it enjoying and learning new music, as well as learning new things like how to paint something when I can, so I can say, arts is a bit of a hobby for me. My favorite thing about a song or a painting though is seeing it through. First, you draw a draft, then a few lines painted, and next thing you know you have a work of art you can really be proud of, that’s why I think project management works for me. The difference between art and the way I work is that I prefer a team environment. Yes, I can take a project and work myself to death finishing it on my own, but the process of team building and exercising is the beauty in the way that other people work. My personal goals are to achieve a good job with a company with goals just like mine, the drive to finish a project within certain time constraints, and really push myself and others to see something complete. I want to achieve that in the next year and try to build my way through a company that way. I also would like to achieve a job where I can work virtually, through Microsoft teams or whatnot. I find that my work ethic is a thousand times better in virtual environments, and overall want to get more done sitting in the comfortable environment of my home. I also want to have something built for me as far as life goes in the next five years, I want to achieve a comfortable spot with a company and try to build a career for myself by then. I’m currently certified through the CAPS Program with the certification of Business and Entrepreneurship studies and am working ON getting my BS (Business Science) associates through East Central College, but plan on getting a bachelor whenever I have my foot in the door with a company. I think Ideally for me I’d be able to have a work-from-home job, working for companies that really have a fulfilling meaning to my world that I live in that work on projects that ultimately impact my life, I’m not particularly interested in money or having “things”, I just want enough to live comfortably. Ultimately I’m searching for a driven company that wishes to make an impact on the world that we all live in, whether it be the entertainment, food, retail, or manufacturing industry, it doesn’t matter to me, just something that is worthwhile. I am a very driven man that wants to do something meaningful for a good company, I want to watch the painting I started get finished.
