I have achieved a multitude of things since I graduated from high school back in 2010. I finished 4 years of active duty military in the United States Navy and 4 years inactive reserve for the United States Navy. While during the 4 years of inactive military I worked on two different Degrees one in Computer Science and the other in History. During that time on paper I worked part time as a call representative but I would work extra to try and collect full time hours. I worked for the same company but I worked for two different cellphone providers and have made a bonus every month since starting there by exceeding my minimum stats that is needed. For the first cellphone company I worked in two different departments one as a solution center representative where we had to find resolutions for the customers when the system or customer didn’t meet the expectations of the contract on paper. Then I worked for the general care which we helped guide the customer to the right department to solve the issue that they had. When working for the second cellphone provider I found out of the box resolutions to retain my customers to stay with the company. I worked as a Quality Auditor for a car manufacturing company for two years. Now I am currently a stay at home dad.
