I am a hard working individual that has thrived in every role I have undertaken. I spent 6 years enlisted in the Illinois Air National Guard as a Vehicle Maintainer where I learned the importance of discipline and being a team player. I apply the three core values of the Air Force to this day in whatever field of work I dive into, those being - Integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all we do.I spent 7 years working on site in the Cannabis Industry starting in 2015. I was on the ground floor of the industry taking off here in Illinois and wore many hats during my time with a cultivator located in Vermont Illinois. Primarily working in Extraction, I was a part of a two man front that help build the department into what it is now. I specialize in Hydrocarbon Extractions, Equipment Sourcing & Maintenance, Product Development & Formulations, Leadership, and Employee Training and Development. I optimized my team to produce upwards of 25k units of sellable packaged product per week. I may have left this employer, but I have not left the industry as I am currently offering in person and virtual consultations in the Cannabis Industry for clients here in Illinois and around the country. Through my seven years in the business I have been hands on every aspect of Cannabis Extraction and have developed over 1TB of information and data that will allow me to not only aid in getting startups functional, but to make them profitable in short time. I am thrilled to be currently partnering with a few clients in Illinois and have been routinely involved in local craft grows as well.
