For my Continuous improvement project I worked on improving FTT (first time through) efficiency, with this found out the test we were running wasn't showing us the data we need and created a new test that did. My new product introduction was a new type of valve for our MX series, I created a build process and tested with trail runs, this valve is now built in production. For my capital expense project I installed Cognex cameras on lines 1 & 3 to catch missing internal components before assembling the whole valve. Show less

For the past two summers I have been working as a laborer for Pfitz Fence and Decking. This past summer I moved from laborer to being in charge of the laborers. My job included preparing trucks for the next job, driving work trucks and hauling trailers, operating skid steers, mixing and pouring concrete, building fences and decks, and making sure the other laborers had jobs to do. In the winter I would help with snow removal.
