At the beginning of 2019, Product Training was added to my role as team manager in TME to implement a more structured and Pan-European standardized process to train sales consultants in Toyota Retailers.Goal was to deliver training assets and organize train-the-trainer events for our distributors in Europe to ensure that, for each new model launch, the right knowledge and skills are available at the right time to deliver a memorable customer experience in our showrooms.An additional role was to coordinate the construction of a new event delivery location and training center at out Head Office in Evere, Brussels. The ‘Brand Experience Centre’ was opened at the beginning of 2021 with several event rooms, a big plenary room with an on-stage rotating platform and a professional green-key studio to deliver virtual events.
