It was my job to help our customers in any way possible. Phone / chat / email support for every question, ranging from simple to complex. Also was in charge of on boarding new shops and providing them guidance on setup and training. When customers would have a negative experience for whatever reason, it was my job to appease them and keep them on board. I also produced all of our multimedia, which included a number of "how to" instructional videos to answer common questions about the system.
