He helps tackle immediate needs, then focuses on developing a wealth management plan that remains responsive to evolving priorities and market conditions.Dylan took a leadership path to a career in financial services, serving in the United States Army as an Infantry officer for five years. He has worked with a wide range of people to solve complex problems—from completing Ranger School to serving as an advisor to the Iraqi Army during Operation Inherent Resolve.In 2018, Dylan joined J.P. Morgan through the Corporate-Client banking team in Houston, focused on the energy sector. His team advised exploration and production, midstream, and oil-field services companies on the origination and execution of debt transactions, including revolving credit facilities, high-yield bonds, institutional term loans and committed M&A financing.Dylan attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering, graduating in the top 20% of his class. He was on the NCAA Division I Army Boxing Team—3-time NCAA Team Champions. He holds an M.B.A. from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.Philanthropy is one of Dylan's core values, and he is head of the Texas Veterans Business Resource Group (BRG) for J.P. Morgan. This 1500-strong organization builds houses, lays wreaths and connects veterans with places they can turn to for mental health. Outside of the office, Dylan enjoys golf, running, studying history and searching for the best weekend brunch in the area.
