In the area of COVID-19 response, I coordinated opening of an acute respiratory clinic for patient testing and treatment in 48 hours, along with an accompanying drive-thru clinic, developed a distribution plan for 100+ PAPR units across the organization and coordinated conversion of three inpatient units to COVID-19 treatment floors.
