In this role, I was responsible for managing current farm clients and adding additional business. Service for this comprehensive risk management marketing program included providing breakeven/income analysis for farm clients, constructing individualized marketing plans, and executing the marketing plans by utilizing cash contracts and various risk management tools. I gained from this experience a strong sense of developing customer relationships, and demonstrated the ability to gain new business through a relationship based sales process. I also displayed the ability to effectively communicate market information with producers in a day to day setting.

I worked in various office locations over the Summer of 2012 as a floater, filling in for other full time Customer Service Representatives as needed. My primary role was to provide teller duties for the bank. I spent a fair amount of time assisting customers, either on the phone or in person. From working with customers and handling money transactions, I was able to gain valuable experience in meeting customer service expectations.
