-Cultivate and manage effective relationships with clients, staying up to date on all Fund activity, playing an essential role in their team-Coach junior members on the team on cash entry for all types of entities, and financial statement and capital account reconciliation preparation for entities with little to moderate complexity-Interface with external audit and tax preparers to complete annual audits and tax returns

-Perform daily accounting tasks in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), as directed by the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Fund Accountants-Analyze, process and reconcile daily Fund bank activity, and maintain supporting schedules and accounting records-Liaise directly with clients to ensure the accuracy of all Fund activity, building effective professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders-Assist with processing distributions and preparation of investor statements-Maintain strict client confidentiality in all aspects of the role-Work with a team to enhance and streamline processes

Report to and assist the office manager in the following areas-General ledger accounting-Accounts payable-Payroll-Human resourcesProvide managerial support to departments (Retail, Grounds and Mechanics Shop) with-Operational efficiency -Employee Discipline-Scheduling-HiringAudit practices and procedures and report findings to the parent company

Operate a 214 passenger locomotive up and down Pikes PeakEnsure safe travel along with comfort for all passengers
