Dylan Browne, also known by his primary project alias bansheebeat, has been a driving force in underground electronic music since beginning to make his mark in late 2011. His ever-growing release canon, spanning a wide discography strewn between full-length albums, collaborations, singles, compilations, and mixtapes, reaches across countless musical styles ranging from ambient soundscapes to high energy dance tracks, somber minimalist arrangements, groove laden beat exercises, frantic hardcore rhythms, and everything in between. Outside of his proficiency as an instrumentalist, composer, and producer, Browne has shown a natural drive to work with others, spanning numerous collaborations with artists internationally and leading him to form the record label Galaxy Swim Team to create a hub for creative cooperation. While he began making moves in electronic music at the start of the decade, his passion in music reaches far outside the realm of electronic music. From a young age, Browne studied multi-instrumentally in various contexts, before his love of performing led him to study composition in college at the University of Arizona, along with sound engineering, recording, and arranging. With starting bansheebeat, he was able to weave his love for various aspects of musical production, composition, and performance into a single project.
