I am a hardworking, determined and self-disciplined young man this is displayed In my dedication to the gym where I focus on muscle building and good nutrition I commit myself to this every day with maximal effort; I like to go above and beyond in every task as I know it will make the outcome as successful as possible, I can implement all these characteristics into a working environment as have done in many part time jobs along side my studies. Another one of my traits is that I’m very emotionally intelligent and can manage the moral of a team and sympathise well with others which was reflected in my experience of many years in a rugby team and time in the hospitality sector. A strong attribute of mine is that I am very ambitious as I wish too fully exploit my potential I have shown this through expand my knowledge of body science and injury rehabilitation through online research and courses so I can progress and reach my goals. Teamwork is also a high priority of mine as I believe efficient communication between a unit will expedite success and leads to more enjoyment when at work as this has helped me overcome many barriers within teams.
