Shift Manager
CurrentShift ManagerI am responsible for overseeing the restaurant during a shift. This includes but is not limited to assisting the wait staff and bartenders in any way they may need assistance, receiving phone calls and meetings from prospective clients looking to plan events, meeting with vendor representatives selling their beer, wine, and spirits, and making sure that we as a team are providing the best customer service possible. In addition, I am responsible for all cash transactions that occur during a shift.April 2021- PresentHead ServerI am responsible for giving a high-quality dining experience while interacting with a large quantity of groups of varying sizes at the same time. I prioritize multitasking every shift to make sure that I provide the most efficient and pleasant experience possible for my guests. I am responsible for handling large sums of money daily. In addition to my own responsibilities, I assist others with their tasks to help make the service at the restaurant as flawless as possible. I also train new employees to the way that our restaurant operates.
