Through this agency I have so far worked as a mixed role of Showroom Representative and Website Copywriter. My role as a Showroom Rep focused on face-to-face interaction with customers at the company's showroom including giving them product details, dealing with complaints, making recommendations and taking payment. My role as web copywriter involved writing SEO friendly copy for the company's website and blog as well as crafting their email newsletter and gathering analytical data as appropriate.

In this apprenticeship position I maintained and updated all social media channels of the business, wrote blogs and other web content for B2B and B2C websites, proofread and edited other’s copy, dealt with incoming customer and partner calls and formed part of a close-knit marketing team which developed and executed several citywide marketing events campaigns yearly.
