I am always looking for new challenges in life and have a strong willingness to learn wherever that takes me. I have learned various skills during my tenure as Operations Manager and General Manager in the Recreation Industry with FECs and Waterparks. Whether that be ground-level quality customer service, game repairs, to more organizational setting up inventory systems, cash flow checks, project management, or even accumulating certifications like AFO (Aquatics Facility Operator), and Manager SafeServ to best serve the Park. Needing to put in long hours of hard work physically and mentally is something I am extremely capable of and one of my best traits. That tenacity is what helps me excel at my place of work, learn fast and become a capable leader and role model to those under me. All of my jobs have had some sort of client relation aspect to them, which allows me to hear out a person's needs, empathize with them, and generate a solution that is the best for both worlds. Given the chance, I will make sure my actions will speak louder than words and prove my worth whatever the job may be.
