• Serve as project manager for new channel launches and ensure all departments (Marketing, Operations, Programming, and Production) have communicated their needs and challenges to the overall team• Maintain high video and presentation standards for our channels and rigorously police our channels to ensure a superior video viewing experience• Manage and become a super-user of system tools and subject matter expert on our proprietary and third party digital delivery platforms for both On Demand and Linear programming• Work cross-functionally with all departments across Cinedigm to ensure deliveries and start dates are met• Troubleshoot and triage issues to mitigate negative cross-functional impact, and ensure quality project completion• Perform in-depth, comprehensive video and asset management support to various departments• Oversee delivery and ingestion of video assets, including thumbnails, captions and subtitles across various platforms• Provide timely updates to various internal and external teams on the status of schedules, delivery completion, asset quality, and publication• Manage and track key media archive deliverables (assets/documents) by maintaining project trackers and ensuring deliverables are conformed to current technical specifications and properly archived• Ensure metadata integrity by auditing and evaluating against quality standards• Track and report Key Performance Indicators for operations team (such as views, minutes viewed, user reviews, and ad revenue)• Serve as key point of contact for external vendors, platform partners, and potential distribution partners alongside the VP of Ops• Learn new platforms as in-house asset creation tools expand• Assist with the development and production of all original internally produced series and in-studio segments
