Assuring the Program objectives are successfully implemented and coordinated for all wound, ostomy and continence issues including but not limited to wound, ostomy and continence skin issue assessment, plan of care development, coordination of care, and discharge planning for patients with wound, ostomy and continence issues.

Utilizing the nursing process to care and/or counsel individuals in the promotion and maintenance of health and the prevention of illness and injury, I work at the bedside in a progressive care staff nursing role. Using a systematic critical thinking approach to guide data gathering, assessment, nursing judgment, intervention and evaluation of human responses to actual and potential health problems through activities such as health teaching, health counseling and the provision of care supportive and restorative of life and supportive of a peaceful death. Using the American Association of Critical Care Nurses Synergy Model, I identify patient needs. Delegation, coordination and management of all aspects of nursing care provided to the patient, their family and our community in a timely and cost effective manner is required. I collaborate with the patient, their family and all members of the health care team and with the knowledge of a licensed physician, psychologist, podiatrist, and or/dentist to deliver patient care. I work with multidisciplinary teams including licensed and credentialed professionals in pharmacy, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, radiological technicians and midlevel providers including nurse practitioners and PA's/SA's. My job in SCU is meaningful and the work environment promotes and requires excellence in critical care nursing.

Perform a variety of supervisory and organizational tasks related to student clinical learning experiences, use supervisory skills working with students and staff; use organizational skills to plan and schedule assignments with students and health care organizations; and work effectively with all kinds of health care institutions and skills.

Provide customer service in person and over the phone with a focus on quality and courtesy. Process guest arrivals and departures including all necessary payments.Oversee guest reservations and act as concierge. Direct phone calls and monitor incidental services.Audit guest accounts and create reports for management.

Responsible for online, phone, and in person scheduling. Assist customers in achieving maximum potential during Escape Room tasks.Reset and clean rooms after each guest.
