I was hired in early February as a Bartender, but was quickly given more responsibility.My duties include.Contacting Food Trucks and organising an ever changing menu for the brewery.Working as a bartender, providing top notch service as well as a great knowledge of beer and food pairing for our guests.Tap/Line cleaning and maintenance I was responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the taps and lines as well as dealing with any problems that arose.I have worked as a Brewers Assistant on multiple brews and have gained a good deal of experience in professional brewing.General Cellar work. I was tasked with keg and brewery cleaning, inventory organisation and general machine maintenance.

I was chosen to lead a team in the establishment of the first face to face sushi bar location for Oishii Foods Ltd. I was taken in to the main kitchen and began a crash course of learning to prepare Sushi, which included selecting the correct cuts of fish, preparing the rice and cutting fish such as Salmon, Tuna and Sea Bass with the precision needed at a Sushi bar. After my training I was sent to the location on Hatch Street on Dublin's Southside with the assistance of the Head Chef for the first week. After that I was given complete control of the Sushi bar and given an employee to direct. My duties included scheduling ours for up to three employees, preparing all the food for sale, ordering all the fresh produce daily, bookkeeping, marketing and constantly updating the menu to provide the best product possible to our customers. In my time at the kiosk we had a very constant growth and were able to develop great relationships with customers which enabled us to have a very loyal customer base. One thing that I have found in my time managing two food ventures is how to provide a great service to a customer.

I began working here after I finished my first semester in University as a part time job at the weekend. After two years I was given control of a second location and was tasked with managing a food truck which specialised in Crepes.
