- Responsible for the placing of specialist individuals within the construction industry for a range of high-end residential and commercial sites across the London area, with specialisation in 'white collar' construction roles. - In detail reviews of up to 50 candidates a day, with responsibility for CV screening, phone interviews, reference taking and arranging face-to-face interviews between candidates and clients. - Daily contact with senior managers within the company to discuss upcoming roles for which suitable candidates may need to be placed. - Acting Head of Labour as required.
