My role as Account Manager in Compariqo was prospecting for new quote opportunities and generating business through a mixture of cold calling, warm leads and existing clients and trying to manage their needs. I built relationships with both clients and potential clients as well as focus on the after-sale customer service maintaining excellent relationships with the client throughout. Other responsibilities include various administrative work, sending and replying to emails and ensuring appropriate CRM housekeeping and usage.

I gained experience in FNOL registering new claims, I worked on existing claims dealing with vehicle repairs, acting as repair liaison for client, establishing liability and dealing with recovery . I would Identify injuries caused by the incident and work with the Bodily Injury team if needed and I would handle/progress claims within my designated authority level, in line with the established standards, procedures and guidance. I would also respond to third-party queries and follow agreed processes, policies, and procedures to ensure the consistent achievement of customer service and satisfaction standards. I would coordinate the use of approved internal and external suppliers to facilitate the repair, replacement, and provision of suitable goods and services to third parties.
