Current• Required to meet beverage programs and financial objectives.• Aided GM in reporting all necessary information to the accounting team; Including balancing QuickBooks, reporting profit and losses, maintaining accuracy of all transactions.• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures, complying with health and legal regulations.• Maintaining security systems. • Control beverage costs and targets.• Weekly inventory and ordering of both beverage and paper products• Weekly inventory and upkeep of all bar supplies and equipment• Weekly scheduling of all bar staff. • Trained staff to ensure efficient business operations. • Maintenance and upkeep of all point-of-sale systems.
