The overall aim of the role was to achieve the operational, financial and business objectives of the Company.

As an Account Manager in Presenter Services it was my job to manage the end-to-end event delivery for commercial presenters, resident companies, internal programming, individual performers, exhibitions and events at Arts Centre Melbourne.

As Coordinator in Visitor Experience, it was my job to oversee the operational requirements of the Front of House, Car Park, Concierge, Stage Door, Reception and Guided tour teams through administrative support and day to day management.
