I am a results-driven Data Scientist and Ph.D. candidate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a strong foundation in Cybersecurity. My unique background combines expertise in organizational dynamics, and data science, allowing me to develop strategic initiatives that enhance security measures and organizational effectiveness.With a proven track record of success in both military and academic settings, I bring a blend of professional research, data analysis, and leadership skills to solve complex problems and drive innovation. I am passionate about leveraging my experience from military service, where I have excelled in leadership and team development roles, to improve organizational performance .Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. at National University, focusing on the psychological aspects of human factors in organizations. I hold a Master’s degree in cybersecurity and am pursuing a graduate study in human system integration at the Naval Post Graduate School.
