As an Acquisitions Analyst at Century Communities, I conduct market research and financial analysis to identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities for one of the leading home builders in the Southwest. I collaborate with brokers, developers, and other stakeholders to negotiate and execute contracts, and support the due diligence and entitlement processes. I have a strong background in real estate finance and investment, with previous experience as a Financial Analyst at Marcus and Millichap, where I analyzed multifamily assets for a team of brokers, and as an Associate Consultant at Launch Development Finance Advisors, where I assisted with the underwriting and structuring of various real estate projects. I hold several FINRA licenses, as well as my Arizona Real Estate Salesperson License. I also own and operate DMC Equities, LLC, a real estate wholesaling company that specializes in single family land transactions. I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northern Arizona University, where I majored in Business Administration and Management. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Urban Land Institute, and I am passionate about learning and growing in the real estate industry. I have excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, and I value teamwork, integrity, and innovation.
