As an EHS specialist and specialty technician for a wind turbine main component exchange crew, my duties involve risk assessment and mitigation for critical tasks throughout the workday. I ensure a safe environment for the crew and all involved in the work area. Additionally, I provide any technical expertise to the team and help with all other duties involved in the project.

During my tenure at BHI Energy, I have performed a wide variety of duties on many different types of turbines. I've acted as the lead technician for over seven years. My expertise includes Ibex Climb Assist installation, troubleshooting, electrical trouble-shooting and safety, maintaining, and aligning generators, tower inspections, and retrofits. I have also conducted various gearbox jobs like replacing gear shafts, site-wide oil changes, and performing bore scoping inspections. I can operate high torque equipment, and a wide variety of power tools. I am able to use a forklift, scissor lift, and drive any vehicle.As a leader, I have supervised and trained technicians for multiple years, overseeing teams of 10 to 12 members. I am proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and site monitoring systems. My skills extend to material handling, inventory sorting, and equipment repair. I have effectively communicated with clients to determine task needs and objectives while keeping long term relationships for future projects.I possess a strong mechanical knowledge, can read schematics and blueprints, and have electrical experience. I am skilled in adapting to new assignments and can travel long distances. I have implemented systems and practices to improve workflow and productivity. Furthermore, I am an experienced climber, have strong writing abilities, and excel in training and development.

During my tenure at Mitsubishi Power Services of America as a Technician from June 2012 to March 2014, I had the opportunity to contribute to the Canadian Hills Project during its construction phase. I played a crucial role in installing electrical components and hydraulic systems, ensuring their proper functioning. Additionally, I successfully commissioned several Mitsubishi 2.4 MW towers, bringing them into their operational state.As part of my responsibilities, I diligently performed routine maintenance services to ensure the smooth functioning of the site. I also utilized my troubleshooting skills to identify and repair various issues that arose on-site, effectively minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.One of my notable achievements during this period was the organization and shelving of the entire inventory at our new shop. Through meticulous planning and execution, I streamlined the storage system, enabling easy access and efficient retrieval of equipment and supplies.In my role, I actively monitored the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system and effectively operated the site's operations using computer-based controls.
