Current- Project Manager for various security, telecommunications, and audio-visual projects. Managing up to 30 projects at one time- Created and coordinated all tasks with various project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, in-house design staff, sub-consultants, vendors and electrical/communications contractors for project completion- Develop work breakdown for effective planning and scheduling of project deliverables and products; update and maintain project schedules and communicate changes to key project stakeholders- Responsible for project profitability, scope of work, change orders, product tracking, invoicing and technicians’ schedules for meeting project deadlines- Consistent on-site/field presence assisting and supporting technicians to keep projects on track
