When it comes to work, I kind of (read: really intensely) despise the stuffy corporate environments where people are just a number and fill their 8+ hours accordingly. I spent the last decade of my life working in those environments and I’m incredibly grateful to no longer be a part of that system. My preference is to work with purpose and dedication. I love having my mind and heart fully engaged in what I do. That’s where Creech Collective comes in. I’m not a fan of “working for the man,” however, I’m so appreciative of my corporate experiences and the lessons I learned along the way.I’ve worked in sales making 100+ cold calls a day, led a team of ten at a Starbucks inside of a Target (aka Tarbucks), and managed a mobile app testing tool with a multi-million dollar contract value for an entire mobile tech organization at a Fortune 50 financial institution.If my resume was a map, I’d be worried you'd get lost. However, I find my dynamic professional background to be my biggest asset. I learned how to grind through a bad month of sales (I wasn’t very good at it so I had a lot of bad months). I’ve been yelled at by angry customers (yes, over a cup of coffee). And I’ve worked around the clock, taking naps in the office so I could triage and resolve critical tech outages in the middle of the night (not proud of it, but also not exaggerating). All that to say, I’ll be the first one to tell you if I don’t know the answer and the first one to find it for you.My parents always taught me that hard work, kindness, and empathy is a powerful combination and that’s how I approach my work... and my life.
