When I was young, I loved to build with Legos, K'nex, and pretty much anything else I could get my hands on. These interests slowly developed into a passion for engineering throughout middle and high school, where I was introduced to robotics and design. After high school, I traveled 1,000 miles from home to get the highest quality education I could at Texas A&M University.During my four years at Texas A&M, I graduated with both a bachelor's and master's in Mechanical Engineering. While I was there, I continued to let my passions guide me. I involved myself in one of A&M's competition robotics teams, following and developing the dreams I formed in middle and high school. In the Summer of 2022, I interned as a facilities and controls engineer at Texas Instruments in Dallas. There, I found the industry experience I needed to connect what I learned in college to real-world applications. I spent three months working alongside a team of experienced engineers to commission a multi-billion dollar semiconductor factory. After my graduation in 2023, I moved to Madison, Wisconsin and began working for IMEG, where I design HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection for hospitals and educational buildings. I am continuing to learn and grow in my skills as I establish my role in the engineering industry.
