I have been the General Manager of Short North Pint House for 2.5 years. During my time, I have developed leadership abilities that enhanced my communication, problem solving, and overall operational management skills. I was in control of our product inventory, as well as our scheduling/hiring/training processes. Everyday it was my responsibility that my staff was set up for success in the most efficient way possible. I learned the concept of customer service and networking, and also contributed to bringing in bright, modern concepts that would appeal to our clientele.
