Using Microsoft Dynamics GP, QuoteWerks, and Accounting Dashboard to complete daily billing in both CDN and USD. Flexibility and time management were the main areas I improved in at Airtech. Depending on the day, I could be holding one of 6 different positions depending on holidays and sick days. These positions included reception, accounts receivable, accounts payable, dispatch for residential and commercial service calls, residential HVAC installation admin, and commercial HVAC admin.My main position was the handle the billing for our service department. This required a strong attention to detail, problem solving, basic HVAC knowledge, and consistency in output. Microsoft Dynamics GP was the accounting software that was used and I have gained 5 years of experience through use of the software and reading of the manuals. I also have experience using portal reports through GP as well. Billing was sometimes submitted through online billing portals such as SAP.Major projects I worked on were creating an online safety manual that would replace the companies paper version and creating procedures manuals for the duties of multiple positions.

Responsible for gaining membership, paper work, develop relationship with other chapters, & some communication with JCI Canada.Coordinate the collection of funds for all events, develop and maintain financial internal controls and provide reasonable security to the membership, and update financial reports based on all cheques written and deposited. Other responsibilities during this time included organizing memberships,membership dues and communicating with membership & board.

Did outside accounting for another company in Lethbridge. Inputted all their accounts payable and receivable information into Microsoft Dynamics GP. Completed monthly bank reconciliations and helped with the year end. I was moved from this position to working directly for Airtech in October 2012.

At the Picture Butte Golf Course, I had numerous responsibilities over the years. The main one was the keep a strong relationship with the membership. It was one of my duties to ensure that they had a great round of golf with no external disruptions. A second responsibility was answering telephone calls. I would answer phone calls steadily all day from individuals wanting to book a tee time, organize a tournament, or wanting information on the golf course. Other responisibilities included cashing out, some tournament organization, and selling products in the shop.

My responsibilities included preparing portions for meals that I had a limited time to finish, keeping track of what foods and ingredients needed to be replenished, helping train new dishwashers when they would be hired, and I would aid in the creation of sandwiches for the lunch hour.
