I started my journey at Prime Communications November 2022 taking my first sales position. I quickly excelled at sales with my previous experience in the restaurant industry and ranked in the top 10 sales representative in the Northern Colorado district in my first 3 months. I then went on to rank in the top 3 for the following 7 months. In this job i preformed a high level of customer experience and account management. Grew to understand the complex software given to process transactions and manage accounts. Familiarized myself with the process of selling in retail and compounded my skills over the course of my selling career and continue to do so. My greatest accomplishment is obtaining number 1 store across the nation when me and my manger took on a low preforming store at the start of March 2023. We ranked 1rst out of 1,994 stores across the nation being the first to achieve the goal in our district. To this day I took a huge role in turning that store from ranking 1,991 to 1rst and then on to be the top preforming store in the district to date. With such accomplishment I was promoted to assistant manager of a larger store within a year of being hired. Since being a manager I have continued to improve my selling skills and utilize our CRM software Salesforce to prove to myself and the company that I preform at the highest level.
