I help keep the company going smoothly as possible. I help the boss when ever he needs it, when I am not doing that I checking up on pools and keeping them clean. Even during the winter we keep pools up and running so when the summer times rolls around every thing is up to date.When everyone communicates and does what they are supposed to do things run smoothly and efficiently. Some employees have routes that they go to every week and some only does maintenance or fixes what breaks so when they all work together things are great.
