As Platoon Sergeant, Battlefield Instrumentation ("BFI") Signal Platoon, HQ Training and Doctrine Command ("TRADOC"), I was charged with a diverse range of responsibilities that entailed a strong set of organisational skills and people-management skills, as well as a keen sense of leadership and initiative.- Oversaw the discipline, training and welfare of a platoon of Signal Operators- Supervised logistics-related matters, such as the handling and maintenance of sensitive military equipment- Coordinated the deployment of manpower and distribution of equipment between the platoon and other Army units for local and overseas military exercisesFor my tour in HQ TRADOC as Platoon Sergeant, BFI Signal Platoon, I was nominated for NSF of the Year 2021.

For the duration of my internship, I was given the opportunity to perform the tasks of teaching staff, ranging from administrative duties such as planning and marking of assignments, to interactions with the classroom environment itself such as the observation and execution of lessons.
