I am an engineer who is currently partaking in a 4 year apprenticeship. I started my job at RK before my apprenticeship and quickly picked up the experience and education to set and program 3 and 4 axis machines. I taught myself g-code and mathematical functions such as trigonometry. I have a great understanding of engineering drawings and have excelled in CAD during my college course which led to me being selected to compete in Worldskills. My best trait is my hard work and dedication, specifically my determination to go above and beyond my peers, as I find myself spending most of my free time learning new principles and researching topics to aid me in my career. I also often find myself taking a managing role and creating systematic plans to increase productivity and safety in my workplace. I have high aspirations and am willing to jump at any opportunity that comes my way if it means I can progress closer to my goals.Accolades -2024 Engineering Apprentice of the Year -Worldskills National Qualifiers
