I graduated from Ashland University with an associate's degree majoring in communication, where I learned how to communicate effectively and creatively in various contexts and platforms. I applied my communication skills to my role as a production operator at Arctic Glaciers, where I worked with a team of dedicated and hardworking colleagues to produce and distribute high-quality ice products.As a production operator, I maintained the operation of making ice and resolving any mechanical issues that arose with the old machines. I also ensured the safety and cleanliness of the work environment, following the company's standards and protocols. Additionally, I utilized my forklift and pallet jack skills to transfer the ice to different locations in the plant, performing the tasks efficiently and accurately. I enjoyed working at Arctic Glaciers, as it challenged me to learn new skills and collaborate with others to achieve our goals.
