• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair fuel systems and appliances • Maintain the service vehicle which includes reviewing the maintenance record, performing pre- and post-trip inspections and reporting all vehicle conditions requiring attention for continued safe operation and proper vehicle maintenance • Provide superior customer service • Bill customers for services rendered and account for funds and inventory which includes operating a user-friendly tablet, maintaining a trip report, and documenting system testing and related information • Deliver fuel as needed in a safe and efficient manner

• Operate tractors and plows , bush hogs , discs , planters , sprayers , fertilizer spreaders • Set up planters and sprayers• Keep up with spray records• Come up with pest management plans• Perform welding repairs on all equipment• Fabricate and weld new parts for all equipment• Do basic maintenance like oil changes , coolant• Change bearings and shafts on equipment• Repair hydraulics and pneumatics• Haul tractors abs equipment to the needed areas drive parts to the field • Manage soil fertility practices • Take care of love stock including administering dewormer , vaccines • Assist in birthing calves

• Responsible for inbound-sales calls• Managing the sales counter and assisting in-store customers • Complete daily functions in our ERP system• Utilize CRM system (Salesforce)• Maintain positive customer relations

• Gather and organize soil samples via hydraulic and electric based sampling machinesUse iPads and software to navigate to sample points set up points and sample areas based on soil types yield maps etcMap out field BoundariesScout crops and take samples of plants and soil for various diseasesAssist in making advisements on nutrient recommendations and disease & pest control methodsRun ATVs• Perform maintenance of equipment
