During my time at Itchen College I learnt a various amount of skills including team work, leadership and communication skills. During this course I improved on many of these skills and still am improving to this day with my new role as a supervisor at Ninja Warrior Southampton where I have to manage a team and make sure all each day is ran smoothly and safely. I also learnt how to do a wide range of admin work and how to manage a team under pressure.
