Throughout my career I have been committed to promoting an integrated system charged with securing the highest quality education for the people of Wales and beyond. Nothing is more rewarding than creating new life chances for those under your care – staff and students alike. Moving to Higher Education in 2016 was a fantastic opportunity to deepen my own professional experience but also to enhance this opportunity to enrich the lives of others. I continue to learn as I encourage others to continue their own learning and development journey. Our focus as leaders must be to ensure that we establish and nurture the best possible culture and infrastructure to support this learning and growth. It is a privilege to lead the Review of the roles and responsibilities of education partners in Wales and delivery of school improvement arrangements on behalf o Welsh Government
