• Instill confidence within young athletes and develop a fun, energetic, and competitive environment (Player Development is KEY) • Be instructional, patient, and knowledgeable of the sport during the many clinics, one on one lessons, practices, and games that take place through a calendar season• Communicate with parents, other coaches, and my players as this is a responsibility of being the head coach of multiple teams ranging from seven years old to fifteen years old; EVERY age group is ranked statewide in the TOP 5, with 70% of age groups being nationally ranked by Perfect Game Association

Pitching Coordinator/Third Base CoachAt Paramus Catholic, we compete in the highest division in the New Jersey area. It is on us to bring in the top talent, and the best overall players academically and athletically. It is my responsibility to assist in doing so. As pitching coordinator I also help with pitchers in season, map out a proper schedule deciding who throws on what days, to give us the best chance to win. As third base coach, I am responsible for putting us in the best position to succeed offensively by giving out signals, sending runners, communicating efficiently, etc.

Physical Education Teacher for students ranging from Pre-K up to 8th Grade. My role is to remain creative with my lesson plans (kickball, soccer, basketball,dodgeball, freeze tag, etc.), while keeping every child engaged. The purpose of a physical education class is to remain fully active, and I as the teacher want each student to have that sense of confidence that he or she can accomplish any task at hand.
