I built the passive and integrated silicon, polyimide, and deep structure neural probes distributed by the company. Assembly of the electromechanical devices included thermocompression bonding, handling of nanofabricated electrodes, soldering, epoxy encapsulation and consistent micromanipulation. I joined DBC at in highly innovative period for the company. I contributed to the design of commerical surgical tools and developed impactful testing procedures. Notably, I led the manufacturing and optimization of the company's newest product, the 32-128 channel Deep Array.I improved scalability and quality of the manufacturing pipeline through process changes, coordinating shipments between outsourced manufacturing specialists, and leading the international shipment of over $2 million in revenue. To improve branding I gathered, organized, delegated, and proposed solutions for the technical issues raised by the company's customers.
