As a Document Control at Burns & McDonnell, I apply my project management skills and certification to ensure the accuracy and quality of technical documents and records. I also coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the document review and approval process. Previously, I was an E-commerce Manager at Hy-Vee, where I led a team of 10-15 individuals to provide outstanding customer service, order essential products, and perform IT work on computers and registers.I have a track record of delivering successful projects that improved the efficiency and profitability of E-commerce operations. For example, I slashed 25% of labor hours, saving roughly $4,000/weekly, while still exceeding company standards in service and efficiency. I also handled customer requests and complaints, using my communication and problem-solving skills to address their needs and maintain their satisfaction.
