As an Engineering Technician II at Cretex Medical, I apply my skills and knowledge in laser and optical technology to support the design/development of medical devices and components. I have experience in troubleshooting, SolidWorks, CNC programming, and documentation skills, as well as laser safety training.I graduated with an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Laser and Optical Technology from Indian Hills Community College in 2021, where I earned multiple honors for my academic performance. Before joining Cretex Medical, I worked as an ATS Technician and a Laser Technician at IDEX Health & Science, LLC, where I specialized in building and operating high-power laser systems for DNA sequencing and imaging applications. Trained my peers on how to use optical measuring equipment and optical cleaning and handling techniques.
