As the Operational Excellence Manager, I have the opportunity to work with district sales teams to develop and implement account management best practices, which create, capture and communicate value to our customers. Other responsibilities include; account management training, review of processes and account management standards and ongoing support to each of the districts within my region.

Responsible for implementing Champion Technologies operational and technical excellence account management program with our strategic customers in the Canadian business unit. Working with all of the facets of our organization to implement and maintain our operational excellence program and provide our customers with the necessary support and resources to produce more hydrocarbons.

Participated in a 6 month in depth training program, covering oil and gas production, sales and account management and chemical applications. The training was comprised of class room learning and also field based application. Through the training program I experienced onshore oil and gas production along with offshore oil and gas production.
