Fresh Food Duty ManagerDuring my time at Supervalu I was responsible for a large Produce and Bakery department. Responsibilities included all KPI's such as sales, margin, wastage and availability. Responsible for large teams of colleagues, ensuring the resources were in place to effectively and efficiently perform to the required standards for our customers/business while working within budgets. Responsible for Food Safety on Fresh Departments ensuring the required standards were met for our customers and audits.In addition to my core duties I took on a 3 month project based role managing a store revamp. I worked closely with Senior Management and Musgrave Store Design team during this period.

Ambient Team LeaderAssisting senior management with the day to day running of a busy ambient department.

Trainee manager as part of the management team in SuperValu Balally (Sandyford). I completed a 12 week departmental training course covering all aspects of the store, this was done across a number of stores within the group and on completion I was placed in this store. My time in this role began and was completed as part of a 3rd year placement as part of my degree in TUD.
