I believe that the quality of our leadership is the single most important factor that will determine our collective future. In the facilitative work I do in organisations, I have seen leadership teams deepen their conversation in just a few short weeks and start to talk about the issues that really matter in ways that are more constructive, collaborative and meaningful. I have seen this improved culture translate into real-world organisational and financial results through better decision making, strategic and systems thinking, and handling of conflict and difficult issues. Soon after, he brought Leader Effectiveness Training (L.E.T.) to Australia and continued to pioneer the use of innovative approaches, such as NLP and Accelerated Learning, to improving leadership effectiveness in organisations around the world. For much of that time, I was with him along the way. I have learned through being in leadership positions, being mentored by exceptional leaders and experts, engaging in ongoing education and skills building, and through decades of experience in this field.
