-Seek new exceptional players to join our Junior/College Programs, build relationships with them and service all their equipment needs-Responsible for managing accounts within our Collegiate Program in the NE/Midwest Region-Develop relationships with coaches and staff, donors and incoming players-Provide equipment fittings, create unique team bags and facilitate product orders -Help with fundraising efforts-Contribute in operating the AJGA-Ping Invitational-Organizing gift packages, after golf functions and clean up efforts -Generate statistics and data analysis relevant to our junior and college programs -Discuss and develop new strategies to improve efficiency and exceed goals-Help support other reps on their respective tours with fittings and daily operation needs (Waste Management Phoenix Open-PGA Tour, ANA Inspiration-LPGA Tour, etc.)-Being proficient with the club building process and repair procedures-Become familiar with new shaft and grip offerings and the technology value added-Express industry trends, needs and wants to engineers in order to improve future products

Working knowledge of various operating programs including ForeTees tee sheets, JONAS point-of-sale system, Event-Man and other web-based programs while starting my starting my PGAM Program · Responsible for charge and return procedures, resolving member account issues, creating and amending policies and procedures, managing tee-times and the pro shop’s appearance· Assist membership sales by providing potential member tours and information· Place special orders of merchandise· Assist in receiving product and monthly inventory counts · Interact with venders/merchandisers · Lead and assist in running tournaments and special events · Provide golf instruction and club fitting to members and guests· Assist outside staff with the cleaning of clubs and carts, monitoring and enforcing pace of play, and starting times · Operate shoe services for members and guests· Administer GHIN handicaps · Train new staff members with club rules, regulations and operating procedures

Recruited out of High School to play collegiate golf on scholarship for the University of Washington, after two years of playing there I transferred to Western Washington University to complete my education and collegiate career. Being a competitive collegiate golfer, I have demonstrated dedication, team leadership and time management: Having to effectively balance 60+ weekly hours of challenging academics, training, practice, competition and an intense travel schedule.

Working with Microsoft to provide market research based on college students attitudes and opinions towards tablets and other electronic devices. The research is to better understand the roles of electronic devices in consumers' lives. Conducting target market research and choosing best vehicle to expose that market. Finding creative ways to get these wonderful pieces of wood bathymetry charts into the hands and homes of others.
