Working in the Travel Department, I supported the sales teams for The Times, The Sunday Times, The Sun, and The Sunday Times Travel Magazine. I created weekly reports on the success of our partners' advertisements, and followed up with partners which did not meet their sales projections. I also coordinated with the accounts department, and arranged for the billing of our partners for their monthly bookings.I used Adobe Analytics to conduct analysis of the reach of our partners' online and e-mail platforms, and constructed a weekly trading report to track calls received, bookings, and the conversion rate between the two. I also conducted a commercial analysis of News UK's main competitors, highlighting which products were being pushed and through which medium in order to identify trends.

I addressed issues affecting graduate students in UCD by sitting on relevant committees such as faculty programme boards, the university's Governing Authority, and the University Management Team's committees for Education and the Student Experience. I handled personal cases of graduate students and improved their educational experience at UCD. I also led the team of student sabbatical officers when the President was away.I was an active member of the Students' Union Council, proposing and passing multiple motions on the governance of the Union, as well as advising students on their individual motions and editing them to make them more likely to be passed.
