Casing & screen diameters ranged from 12” to 18”.- Managed the installation of deep vertical turbine test pumps to collect data on the new wells production capacities.- Consistently handled the riskiest & most controversial projects the division was awarded. -

Dec 2010 - Apr 2012Fort Myers, Fl- Worked with the companies weakest performing division (well completion and surface work) and turned it into a strength of the company.- Ensured project was continuous by placing timely purchases of specialized well casing from China. - Avoided project delays by working closely with the project engineer to establish subsurface confining layers & review logs.- Maintained project schedule by acquiring permits effectively, & coordinated effectively with power utility companies so the substation that powered the Electric Rigs could draw off overhead power lines. - Projects ranged in value from $1 million to over $5 million. - Well depths ranged from 1,500 ft bgs to over 3,500 ft bgs. Casing diameters ranged from 50” to 16”. - Wells were drilled using direct mud rotary then switching to reverse air once complex formations were encountered. - Rigs used for drilling were custom Electric Drill Rigs with a hook load capacity of 750,000 lbs.
