The job entailed a daily basis of handling clients and referring them to their attorneys, as well as introducing clients to the office to their attorneys and making sure the client has an avenue of legal assistance. This often detailed doing system intakes referral submissions, which were reliant on the information the client was willing to tell--requiring communication and likewise skills to handle these clients. Handling these clients relied on a social aptitude, and the knowledge of handling situations through both the phone, and in person. As the Secretary I was also charged with organizing and assisting the attorneys with legal subjects and matters through many means. Some assistance was classified as either filing documents, and or in person client relations and management. This job required a good amount of commitment and dedication to helping individuals in need, and often making sure to answer and assist every possible client and caller.

Make sure that the facilities of the theater are cleaned and prepped for the attendants. Staffed with restocking and emptying facilities. Ensured orderly conduct among patrons during shifts, and often fills in for security when they are understaffed. Required to be versed in radio etiquette, and to have responsive reflexes and attention.
